The Importance of Consistency

To follow up on last week's topic, being able to provide the same experience and/or result to every customer is what will keep them coming back-consistency. This involves documenting processes and building systems so that any employee can deliver the same results because the system is proven and doesn't fail.

Are systems perfect? No, but they can go a LONG way in helping you deliver consistently for your customers.
