Following up on last week's video, Who are You, knowing what problem or problems you solve goes a LONG way in understanding the utility of what you have to offer to your market.
If you can focus on how you save your customers time and/or money, that is a great start because these days those are both areas where people need help. But being able to answer this question can also help you identify secondary and tertiary markets, as well, so understanding how you help those markets, as well, can help you share those solutions to maximize the revenue and growth you can experience.
